Expected results of the project:
- Development of 4 curricula for employment of PWDs and 5 curricula for employability (competences) of PWDs;
- Deliver of 8 trainings for PWDs;
- Activation of a mentorship system for employability of PWDs;
- Activation of 20 internships for PWDs;
- Support to 4 self-employment initiatives for PWDs;
- Dialogue for matching needs and resources among CSOs, companies and institutions;
- Activation of process to formalize the curricula for PWDs;
- Promotion of 2 media campaigns in the region for dissemination of best practices and information about legislative framework;
- Joint Job Fairs for employment and employability of PWDs.
Target groups: People with disabilities, stakeholders in PWD sector in 5 municipalities in the cross-border area, business sector in the region.
Project area: Albania: Regions of Shkodra and Lezhe, Municipalities of Shkoder and Lezhe; Montenegro: Municipalities of Berane, Gusinje and Petnjica.
Impact of the project: To increase the employability and the employment opportunities for PWDs in the cross-border area.
